, Measurement of radial circular runout:< br/> ⑴ Wipe the parts clean and place them between the two centers of the deflection meter (parts with holes must be mounted on the mandrel), so that the parts rotate and self-increase, but axial movement is not allowed, and then tighten the two center seats. When you need to remove a part, hold the part with one hand and press the handle down with the other hand to remove the part.
⑵ Install the dial indicator on the dial stand, make the dial rod pass through the axis center line of the part, and be as large as perpendicular to the axis center line. The probe is in contact with the surface of the part, and the dial indicator is compressed and tightened. .
⑶ Rotate the tested piece once, and record the maximum and minimum values of the dial indicator reading. The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is the radial circular runout error value of the cross-section.
⑷The measurement should be carried out on three axial sections (as shown in the figure), and the maximum value of the circular runout error in the three sections is taken as the radial circular runout error of the part.
Measurement of circular runout of the end face:
⑴ Clamp the lever dial indicator on the meter frame of the deflection checker, and slowly move the meter frame so that the measuring head of the lever dial indicator is in contact with the measured end face Contact and pre-pressure the correct position of the measuring rod.
⑵ Rotate the workpiece for one revolution and record the maximum and minimum values of the dial indicator reading. The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is the end face runout error at the diameter.
⑶ Measure at three diameters evenly distributed on the measured end face, and take the maximum value among the three as the circular runout error of the end face of the part.
